At Exam Affinity, we charge a commission equal to half of the monthly tuition fee for the first two months only. After that, the tutor keeps the full fee without any deductions.

Month 1: You pay ₹2,000 to Exam Affinity as commission. You receive ₹2,000.
Month 2: Again, you pay ₹2,000 to us. You receive ₹2,000.
From Month 3 onward: No commission. You keep the full ₹4,000 every month.

We also consider parents’ preferences such as gender, subject expertise, distance, and teaching style. For additional peace of mind, trial classes are encouraged, and feedback is taken after every assignment. In case of dissatisfaction, a tutor replacement is arranged within 48 hours.

Tuition fees are handled as per the payment arrangement agreed upon between Exam Affinity and the parent at the time of finalising the tuition.
In some cases, the fee is paid directly to the tutor by the parent after the trial class and confirmation. In other cases, the payment is made to the bureau, and we disburse the tutor’s share after deducting our commission as per policy.
All financial terms—including fee amount, mode of payment, timing, and conditions—are clearly discussed and agreed upon before tuition begins, ensuring transparency for both parents and tutors.
